  1. Washing the hair only 2 to 3 times per week will give the best results.

Apply a small quantity of it to the roots of your hair in case of greasy looking hair, and rub it around your scalp. It will absorb the extra oil giving you a matte look at your roots.

If you have dark hair, it is advisable to use invisible dry shampoo to avoid getting a greyish look at the roots from the white powder.

  • Once A Week Use Clarifying or Purifying Shampoo

High carbohydrate and high sugar foods can also lead to the production of thick oil or sebum on your skin including the scalp and hair. Baked products and foods that have a high content of processed white flour should be replaced with whole grains, low starch vegetables, legumes, pulses, and fruits.

Good fats or foods that are high in essential fatty acids like the nuts, seeds, fatty fish and unrefined whole grains should be consumed. This will provide your body with the fats that it requires, and absence of these fats in your body can result in adverse impact on your skin as well as hair health.
